Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate at our Omaha location to assist with merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

You will support a customer- and product-focused sales culture and help maintain a cohesive omni-channel experience. You will contribute to operations by processing receipts, executing transfers, supporting pricing changes, and assisting with visual merchandising while upholding MAPS standards and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensures items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Enters all receiving documents into the system and reconciles invoices.
• Handles store transfers and Locate requests accurately and timely.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Assists with visual directives, signage, and stockroom organization.
