Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a capable retail associate to join a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support front of the house and back of house operations, greet customers, assist with sales, and help maintain store standards.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience, be flexible on scheduling (nights, holidays, weekends), and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. An employee discount and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures.
• Packing/unpacking shipments, organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
