Tory Burch LLC is seeking a store associate to join our luxury retail team in the United States. The role supports front and back of house operations, acting as greeter, cashier, and stock room organizer to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with one-to-two years of retail experience, open availability, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. The position offers an employee discount and opportunities for growth within the Retail Excellence Programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acting as greeter, runner, cashier, and answering phones.
• Understanding and executing store policies and procedures.
• Packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room to support product flow.
• Working with a team to deliver retail excellence and a memorable customer experience.
