POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganizes merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensures new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enters receiving documents into the system, reconciles invoices, and completes store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Handles visual materials, props, signage, and stockroom hardware appropriately.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alerts management to cash supply needs.
• Assists with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Works quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstrated.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
