POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment for the sales floor; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and on time.
• Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, etc., as directed.
• Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.

Attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays required.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking/Standing constantly (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
