Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced store in Cincinnati, OH.

You will help with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and operate the register, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience and contributing to store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; 16+ in select states with restrictions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for personalized service.
• Ability to learn processes quickly and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
