Job summary

KnitWell Group in Estero, FL, is seeking a Support Associate for Store 5062-Miromar Outlets-Soma-Estero. You will work both back of house and on the sales floor, handling inventory, processing shipments, stocking, and ensuring proper merchandising to support a smooth customer experience.

You’ll contribute to brand standards and a positive team culture while assisting with price changes, restocking, and signage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including intake, storage, and tagging for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and update price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Support store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage, and window changes.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with our hospitality culture.

About us

We currently have an opportunity for a Support Associate to join our team located at our Store 5062-Miromar Outlets-Soma-Estero, FL 33928.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
