Eagle Crest Communities is hiring a Support Aide I (CNA) to join Riverside Transitional Care in La Crosse, WI. This role supports CNAs in resident care, with flexible part-time and full-time shifts including weekends.

Support Aid I (CNA)

Flexible Part-Time Opportunities: Part-Time: 20-28 hours per2 week pay period

• Shift times include 7:00am-11:00am and4:00pm-8:00pm, and must be able to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday orSunday) per month.
• Shifts are 4-8 hours in length, with AM shiftsfrom 7:00am-11:00am and PM Shifts from 4:0pm-8:00pm.

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Support Aid I (CNA) tojoin the Riverside Transitional Care team! Our Support Aides assist ourCertified Nursing Assistants in caring for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Assist and enhance the day to day lives of ourresidents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
• Transport residents to meals and activities,bed-making, passing snacks and water, and a variety of other tasks.

What You’ll Need

• Support Aide I positions must be on theWisconsin CNA Registry, but can be under the age of 18 years old.

Our Wages

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $18.50+ per hour
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $20.00+ per hour

• Based on your experience and qualifications.
• We pay for high performance!

Qualifications forHigher Wages

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full Time Position
