Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Memory Care ResidentCare Assistant for Night Rotation at Holmen, WI. This full‑time role covers shifts 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, rotating between Hearten House locations in La Crosse and Holmen to fill vacancies and supplement staff.

The job focuses on assisting residents with daily cares, ensuring safety, providing dressing and bathing support, and maintaining documentation and light housekeeping. CNA, CBRF, and reliable transportation are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous direct care experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State) beneficial, but not required.
• CBRF Certification provided

Memory Care ResidentCare Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in our Hearten House communities, each with 12 memory care apartments, located in Holmen and La Crosse. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Our Night Rotation position rotates between Hearten House I & II in La Crosse and Hearten House III in Holmen. This position is the first to fill in for a vacancy or call-in on the night shift, but will work as additional staff if no vacancy or call-in.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
• Medication management
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
• Documentation of daily care
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and a variety of other tasks

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State) beneficial, but not required
• CBRF Certification provided
• Ability to drive or have reliable transportation between Holmen and La Crosse mid-shift when needed

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $18.50 and $22.00 +per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $1.25/HR PM and $3.00/HR NOC shift differential as well as Weekend Differential and on-call incentives.

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience
• Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, and Med Admin CBRF Certification complete
• Full-Time schedule commitment
