Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support residents in our assisted living, high acuity or memory care units at Eagle Crest South I in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, care tasks, and ensuring safety and well-being in a compassionate environment.

Shifts include AM, PM and NOC options with a schedule that may vary by week and includes every other weekend/holiday off.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred.

Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

AM: 7:00am-11:00am | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am–1:00pm | 7:00am–2:00pm

PM: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 3:0pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm

Resident Care Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the residents in our assisted living, high acuity or memory care apartments.

This High Acuity apartments are designed to accommodate those whose needs are greater than care available in a traditional assisted living environment yet does not require skilled nursing care. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.

Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
• Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
• CBRF Certification, preferred

Our Wages

• Our starting wages are between $18.00-$20.00 per hour for Assisted Living and $19.00-$23.00 for High Acuity Assisted Living or Memory Care, based on your experience and qualifications.
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay, if applicable.
• We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.
• Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!

Qualifications For Higher Starting Pay

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• CBRF Certification(s)
• Full Time Positions
