Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Support Aid I (CNA) to join the Riverside Transitional Care team in La Crosse, WI. This role assists CNAs in caring for residents and supporting daily activities.

Shifts run 7:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00 with at least one weekend shift monthly; part-time starts at $18.50+ and full-time at $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Applicants must be on the Wisconsin CNA Registry; background checks are required.

Support Aid I (CNA)

Flexible Part-Time Opportunities: Part-Time: 20-28 hours per 2 week pay period

• Shift times include 7:00am-11:00am and 4:00pm-8:00pm, and must be able to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month.
• Shifts are 4-8 hours in length, with AM shifts from 7:00am-11:00am and PM Shifts from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Support Aid I (CNA)

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Support Aid I (CNA) to join the Riverside Transitional Care team! Our Support Aides assist our Certified Nursing Assistants in caring for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
• Transport residents to meals and activities, bed-making, passing snacks and water, and a variety of other tasks.

What You’ll Need

• Support Aide I positions must be on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, but can be under the age of 18 years old.

Our Wages

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $18.50+ per hour
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $20.00+ per hour
• Based on your experience and qualifications.
• We pay for high performance!

Qualifications For Higher Wages

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full Time Position
