Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) at Fort Irwin, CA is seeking a Supply Technician with 5+ years of defense contracting experience to manage inventory, storage, cataloging, and property utilization. Must be a U.S.

citizen able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and pass background checks. Role involves outdoor work, deployment capability (CONUS/OCONUS), and adherence to DoD supply procedures. Position is full-time, non-exempt, located at Fort Irwin, CA, with pay of $36.74/hour plus

Qualifications

• High School diploma at a minimum.
• More than five (5+) years of Military and/or Defense Contracting supply and property control experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
• All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
• Preferred Experience: Forklift license, CDL, and a current Driver’s License.

Pay: $36.74 / hour + H&W ($5.09 / hour)

(SA-TECH) is a progressive and well-established Department of Defense (DoD) contractor specializing in Range operations and maintenance (O&M); weapons testing; facilities management; aerial, ground and seaborne targets O&M; technical, logistics and other engineering support; systems integration; electronics and communications maintenance services; and a growing cybersecurity business. We currently provide support to the Threat Support Management Office (TSMO) in the Continental United States (CONUS) and occasionally Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) with services to deploy, operate, maintain, and redeploy relevant threat signal simulators, including unique injection jamming devices, virtual training, virtual infrastructure, and foreign commercial cell phone systems in a Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Electronic Warfare (EW) environment in support of DoD and are currently looking to hire a Supply Technician based out of our site located at the US Army's National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA.

The Supply Technician will perform aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. This will involve using and understanding governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines and will support the needs of a variety of organizations.

Required Education/Experience/Skills

• High School diploma at a minimum.
• More than five (5+) years of Military and/or Defense Contracting supply and property control experience.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Experience tracking standard and non-standard US Government material (NSN & non-NSN items).
  • Experience with maintenance database input and data entry.
  • Local purchase execution and tracking.
  • Forklift license.
  • Class B or A CDL.
  • Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.

• Work Schedules: SA-TECH supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules are program-dependent and range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be different.
