The ideal candidate has hands-on WMS experience, strong knowledge of supply and distribution processes, and the ability to collaborate with government and contractor teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using a WMS (DLA WMS preferred) within the last 5 years.
• Ability to analyze WMS transactions and supply data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Broad knowledge of receipt, storage, warehousing, inventory, issue, packing, and transportation functions.
• Thorough knowledge of supply policies, procedures, and automated supply systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze WMS transactions, supply data, and operations to identify problem areas.
• Research system issues and determine root causes of discrepancies or failures.
• Coordinate with users to resolve operational, procedural, and system problems.
• Evaluate current supply functions and assess impact of changes or consolidations.
• Analyze proposed changes to WMS functionality and procedures for operational impact.
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality and data accuracy.
