• Provides oversight of audit readiness/sustainment and quality control enhancement programs.
• Furnishes quality trend reports and analysis and works with management in conducting root cause analysis.
• Delivers clear written guidelines for internal controls and coordinates.
• Supports and may assist in conducting training.
• Receives audit requests and manages the audit preparation, coordination, and response process.
• Researches and resolves highly complex vulnerabilities, identifying scope through probing and analysis.
• Prepares letters, memorandums, PowerPoint presentations, briefs, directives, and audit/review responses.
• Leads root cause investigations across Transportation, Receiving, Warehousing, Inventory, Stock Readiness, and related processes for compliance failures.
• Evaluates corrective action plans across all business cycles.
