Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Or a high school diploma / GED with minimum 3 years in manufacturing, materials planning, inventory management, or warehousing.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.

Job Description Summary

The Lead Supply Specialist manages the transactional and information flow of the supply plan for the segment. Proactively communicates and works cross functionally to remove barriers to execution of the supply plan including managing regular reporting, issue identification and resolution, and meeting mechanisms to ensure clean flow of information throughout the organization.

Essential responsibilities

• Support tactical execution of supply plans within the segment while aligning to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets of the business
• Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current supply plan.
• Regularly monitor, identify and resolve barriers to execution of the supply plan both in the direction of demand planning and with manufacturing sites
• Proactively communicate through regular mechanisms the status and issues in the creation or execution of the supply plan with schedulers and planners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, Supply Chain
• OR a high school diploma / GED and with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials planning, inventory management or warehouse/distribution centers.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
