Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Supply Specialist in the Greenville area to manage the transactional and information flow of the supply plan. You will work across functions to remove barriers, run regular reporting, and ensure ERP data remains accurate to support the supply plan.

The role emphasizes alignment with safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, with opportunities for global collaboration and professional development within GE Vernova.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or supply chain, or a high school diploma with 3+ years in manufacturing or materials planning.
• APICS certifications (CPIM and/or CSCP) preferred
• Global experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and use sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Support tactical execution of supply plans while aligning to safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
• Keep ERP systems up to date with the current supply plan
• Monitor and resolve barriers to execution with demand planning and manufacturing sites
• Communicate status and issues to schedulers and planners via regular reporting
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools
