Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate I for the Denver, CO area. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and includes responsibilities in maintaining material flow, performing cycle counts, and supporting lean supply initiatives within the laboratory network.

The position requires 1-2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory or supply chain, plus knowledge of inventory controls and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc.
• Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
• Maintain visual management tools (Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos)

Pay range: $19.41 - $29.12 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. This position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts, and daily replenishment routines interacting with the laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.
