Coke Florida is searching for a Supply Planning Supervisor to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday - Friday.

Position Overview:
Are you ready to lead and inspire? Coke Florida is seeking a dynamicSupply Planning Supervisor to join our Tampa Headquarters. This role is all about managing and mentoring a team of Supply Chain Planners, ensuring we maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple distribution centers in Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Mentor/manage a team Supply Planners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop deployment plans to maintain inventory levels.
  • Monitor truckloads build parameters, STO generation, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Address supply chain disruptions.
  • Maintain and adhere to vendor ordering guidelines and inventory levels.
  • Empower the planners to strive for excellence.
  • Ensure team is executing daily goals and tasks.
  • Meet demand without excess or shortages.
  • Achieve timely delivery of goods.
  • Streamline supply network through management of Days of Supply and Deployment loads.
  • Enhanced Service Standards: Improve service standards (e.g., OOS).
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve supply chain challenges promptly.
  • Vendor Improvement: Ensure consistent supply through vendor collaboration and adherence.
  • Driven and Cohesive Team: Manage a skilled and motivated team.
  • Take on and complete all other assigned work with excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
  • Ensure all additional duties are completed to the highest standard.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Logistics Management (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or ERP experience.
  • Deep understanding of lean inventory methods and continuous improvement ideologies.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts to drive corrective action.
  • Initiative and follow-up skills; capable of handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, comprehension, and communication skills.
  • Technological aptitude; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP/JDA.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts, software, etc.
