Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist in McAllen, Texas to join our Logistics Department. You will update forecasts, process sales orders, and coordinate shipments to meet deadlines while maintaining target stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. The role requires OT and weekend availability and offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through ManpowerGroup.

Qualifications

• HSD required.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Available to work OT and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Update forecast data and sales orders in system
• Generate shipments in the system prior to deadlines
• Communicate shipping plans and open order reports to customers
• Monitor/control PO issuance to ensure product(s) are purchased within lead time
• Monitor open orders from factories and ensure secure safety stock at warehouse
• Support urgent shipment requests from customers
• Ensure smooth launching of new product(s)
• Monitor/analyze customer forecast data and report any demand changes
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers
• Oversee reports and documentation related to forecasting, requesting assistance from Senior Supply Planning Specialists or manager as needed.
