Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
Location: Mcallen, TX
Pay Range: $15 per hour (depending on experience) Monday-Friday 10AM-7:00PM and 11AM-8PM some Saturdays
Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.
Maintain accurate records in transportation and warehouse management systems.
Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure service commitments are met.
Support operational reporting and customer service requirements.
Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
