Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to optimize regional inventory and service levels. You will lead supply planning initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive regional supply planning excellence and optimize inventory and service levels.
Improve stock balancing processes and systems across regions.
Ensure on-time product availability and develop action plans for delays.
Own and deliver key reports to cross-functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Manage stock tracking and OTIF delivery.
Provide monthly fill rate analysis and root cause investigations.
Lead local rework initiatives to improve service, efficiency and cost.
