Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Supply Planning Manager in New York to lead regional supply planning and optimize inventory and service levels within a rapidly expanding luxury brand.

You will analyze data, drive process improvements, and partner with Commercial, Finance, Global Supply, and Logistics to align priorities and execute business objectives. The role requires 3–5 years of planning experience and a Bachelor’s degree, within a dynamic, global team.

Responsibilities

• Fease additional regional sell‑in opportunities within blocked horizon.
• Drive continuous improvement of supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.
• Ensure on‑time availability of product and develop action plans for delays.
• Own and deliver key reports to cross‑functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.
• Provide monthly fill rates and root cause analyses.
• Drive local rework initiatives to improve service, efficiency and cost.

About The Role

The Supply Planning Manager manages and drives regional supply planning excellence to ultimately optimize the inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand.

We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is analytical, thorough and a clear communicator. An interest and affinity for streamlining processes and cross‑functional communication is key to being successful in this role.

As Manager, Supply Planning, you will

• Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon
• Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems
• Ensure on‑time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product
• Own and deliver key reports to cross functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly
• Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF
• Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis
• Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance
• Develop concise executive summaries and present key performance insights, business risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior leadership
• Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking commitments through completion and communicating progress against agreed timelines
• Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Finance, Global Supply, and Logistics to align priorities, resolve supply challenges, and drive timely execution of business objectives

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum of 3-5years Supply Chain planning related experience and minimum
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
• Organized, thorough and detail-oriented
• Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
• Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction
