Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of analysts and manage end-to-end supply planning using Oracle ERP. You will drive KPIs, partner with suppliers and internal teams, and steer S&OP processes with data-driven decisions.

You will shape demand and supply planning, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvements in planning tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools, software and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts with coaching and feedback.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and Oracle ERP systems.
• Anticipate and prioritize business partner needs; solve issues proactively.
• Drive performance against KPIs like fill rate and inventory turns.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution and ops.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data accuracy.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives.
