Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of analysts and own end-to-end planning processes. You will drive KPI performance, collaborate across suppliers, distribution, and demand planning, and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

You will guide S&OP, support new product introductions, and push continuous improvements in automation and data accuracy. A fast-paced, ownership-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience with supply chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Demonstrates ownership, urgency, accountability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts, setting expectations and developing capabilities.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and systems (Oracle ERP).
• Anticipate and prioritize partner needs, solving issues proactively.
• Drive performance against key supply chain KPIs and align with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, and operations.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks and trade-offs to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, including automation and inventory optimization.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning with robust analysis.
• Act as SME in supply planning tools and processes to elevate team capabilities.
