Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure on-time, precise delivery of products. You will drive planning accuracy using Oracle, manage inventory targets, and coordinate with suppliers for capacity and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of directly related experience in supply planning.
• Understanding of supply chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems.
• Ability to influence and drive decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain Oracle as the primary supply planning tool to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Partner with suppliers for long-term capacity planning aligned with demand and production.
• Compile and present monthly S&OP reports to stakeholders.
• Manage real-time adjustments to supply plans in the ERP system.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies and stocking targets.
• Communicate inventory risks and capacity constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct supply and demand analysis for new products, transitions, and location shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and efficiency.
