Job summary

Henkel in Rocky Hill, CT invites driven undergraduates to join our Adhesive Technologies internship. You will gain hands-on lab experience, test various adhesive chemistries, support customer applications, and report on equipment performance throughout the 2027 summer term.

Work will involve independent and collaborative lab projects, serving as a technical liaison with customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing and R&D, while developing problem-solving, communication, and project-management

Qualifications

• This internship requires pursuing an engineering degree listed and graduating 2027 or 2028.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on lab experience from coursework or previous internship.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on lab experience testing various adhesive chemistries.
• Support customer adhesive applications and project work.
• Provide technical support, perform research, and report on adhesive and dispensing equipment performance.
• Work independently and collaboratively on lab-based projects.
• Act as a technical liaison with customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and R&D teams.

• Thisinternship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th
• Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled

The salary range for this role is $22-27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
