Job summary

What you’ll do

As an R&D Engineering Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in formulation development and performance testing within a laboratory environment. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Creating and testing product coating formulations to meet customer and performance requirements.

  • Conducting experiments and performing technical procedures to support new and existing product development.

  • Planning and executing tests to ensure formulations meet critical‑to‑quality (CTQ) standards.

  • Gathering and analyzing ideas from the internal R&D team to enhance product functionality.

  • Evaluating test results and translating findings into actionable insights.

  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align product development with customer needs.

Additional information


  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

  • This internship has a duration of January 11th - August 13th and will be onsite, full‑time (40 hours a week).

  • Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
