Job summary

Henkel invites an undergraduate intern to join the Adhesive Technologies pricing analytics team in the United States. You will work on real-world pricing strategies, build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

The internship runs May 24th–August 13th, 2027, with a salary of $22–$27/hour. Mentorship and cross-functional exposure are emphasized, plus numerous learning and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

As a Pricing and Analytics Intern, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience with real-world pricing strategies and data analytics tools, empowering interns to directly impact business decisions and gain practical skills in Excel, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Analyze pricing data and market trends to support strategic pricing decisions and identify opportunities for revenue optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and pricing metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) to gather data inputs and provide actionable insights
• Receive mentorship from experienced analysts and exposure to cross-functional teams, offering a collaborative environment where interns can learn, grow, and explore career paths in data-driven business roles

• An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or similar
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to share insights and ask thoughtful questions
• Proficiency in Excel is required

• This internship is not eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th

The salary range for this role is $22-27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
