Motorola Solutions is seeking a driven Supply Planning Intern for the summer in Chicago. You will work with our supply planners and finance partners to optimize accounts payable workflows, enhance supplier visibility, and build core operational dashboards.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment with exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools, requiring pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SCM or related field.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field
• Graduation date not later than Dec.2029
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, core functions) and proficiency with ERP/BI tools

Responsabilités

• AP Hold Prevention & Audit: analyze historical AP hold data and design a proactive audit checklist to resolve invoice mismatches
• Supplier Promise Date Tracking: map vendor channels to standardize real-time promise date visibility across open POs
• Master & Open Order Data Health: audit and clean aging ERP data to improve MRP accuracy
• Process Documentation: create SOPs for tracking methods and validation workflows
