Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to act as an operational strategist for global supply, inventory optimization, and supplier performance across Video (VSA) and Mission Critical (LMR) product lines. You will lead end-to-end supply planning across internal manufacturing and external suppliers, using advanced planning tools to balance supply and demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, materials management, or operations.
• Experience with Oracle planning tools and supplier collaboration portals.
• Proficiency with Tableau/Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supply planning and material flow strategies for Video and Mission Critical lines.
• Lead end-to-end supply planning with internal manufacturing and external suppliers.
• Manage supplier lead times, capacity constraints, and PO compliance.
• Oversee dropship and back-to-back fulfillment and inventory governance.
• Present supply outlooks in global S&OP forums.
