Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Supply Planner to act as an operational strategist for global supply, inventory optimization, and supplier performance across Video and Mission Critical lines.

You will lead end-to-end planning with internal and external partners, balancing supply and demand while safeguarding customer commitments. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, ERP/ASCP expertise, and familiarity with Oracle tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning or related areas.
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, Oracle EBS/ASCP.
• Experience with supplier portals (E2Open MCM / B2B) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Supplier Management for Video and Mission Critical portfolios.
• Advanced Planning & Execution using Oracle Planning tools and ERP systems.
• Inventory Governance & Safety Stock optimization across regional hubs.
• Supplier Collaboration & Shortage Management with procurement and logistics.
• Cross-Functional Leadership in daily readiness meetings and global S&OP briefings.
