Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery. You will use Oracle as the primary planning tool, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with suppliers to align capacity with demand and production goals.

This role requires proactive planning and a data-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining ERP-driven supply plans, leading S&OP processes, and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in supply planning and demand forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize and maintain Oracle as the primary supply planning tool to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Partner with suppliers to monitor long-term capacity planning and align with demand and production capabilities.
• Compile and present monthly S&OP reports to stakeholders.
• Manage real-time adjustments to supply plans within the ERP system.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies and stocking targets.
• Communicate inventory risks and capacity constraints to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Conduct supply/demand analyses for new product launches, transitions, and location shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance supply planning processes.
