Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience or related.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly S&OP process and support supply deck.
• Collaborate with plant Materials teams on a regular cadence.
• Interface with Sales, Marketing and Operations to agree on quantities and timing.
• Develop analyses and timelines for supply and demand for new products or life-cycle changes.
• Coordinate Finished Good inventory planning and strategy development.
• Communicate risks related to inventory and supply recovery plans.
• Maintain metrics and scorecards on KPI's including fill rates and inventory turns.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
