Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planner I to balance Finished Good inventory with demand and to work closely with plant Materials teams and the Demand Planner to optimize supply and inventory turns.

You’ll participate in monthly S&OP, support new product transitions, and help develop supply plans while tracking KPIs and communicating risks. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in monthly S&OP process and complete supply deck presentations.
• Collaborate with plant Materials teams and cross-functional partners.
• Balance Finished Goods inventory with demand to optimize delivery performance and inventory turns.
• Develop inventory strategies for new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Support demand and supply forecasting activities with the Demand Planner.
