Job summary

Angayut, a Far West Federal Company, seeks a seasoned Supply Planner to support the 638th Supply Chain Management Group at Robins AFB, GA. The role focuses on inventory management, provisioning, and distribution of Air Force assets worldwide, serving as SME for IPTs and leveraging ES/PRPS tools.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of supply chain principles, repair procedures, and AF budget systems to optimize asset distribution and provide actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply planning, or logistics operations.
  • Experience using ESCAPE/SPM for requirements determination and validation.
  • Experience reviewing and supporting EXPRESS.
  • Experience developing and preparing purchase instrument packages using PRPS.
  • Experience supporting IPTs with NSN reviews.
  • Proficiency with Web, MS Office, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop executive-level briefings, reports, and customer deliverables.
  • Knowledge of AFI-23-101 and AFMCMAN 23-101 v4.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Supply Planners, to support the 638th Supply Chain Management Group (638 SCMG) at Robins AFB, Ga to ensure the efficient and effective distribution and sustainment of Air Force assets worldwide. The Supply Planner will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Integrated Product Team (IPT), and shall include the application of analytical methods, and techniques to resolve inventory management problems and issues; initial planning, provisioning and requirements determination; acquisition and sustainment, to include distribution, accountability, retention, and disposal. The SME shall accomplish SP tasks normally associated with assigned workload and provide assistance/guidance on logistics systems and processes related to their workload to other SP personnel in their assigned area. The daily logistics systems and processes may include Stock Control System (D035A) wholesale supply, Secondary Item Requirement System (SIRS) D200A file maintenance, D043, D143C, Execution and Prioritization of Repair Support System (EXPRESS), Purchase Instruments, Purchase Request Process System (PRPS), Manager Review Codes, Suspended Assets, Reutilization Disposal System (Reclamation, Disposal, Excess, FES/FAS), foreign military sales, Basing & Logistics Analytical Data Environment (BLADE) formerly Logistics, Installations and Mission Support Enterprise View (LIMS-EV), deletion of obsolete National Stock Numbers (NSNs), and processing of provisioning documents.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of supply chain principles, repair procedures, logistics processes, and Air Force budgetary systems to manage items, analyze data, and optimize asset distribution.

  • Experience supporting IPTs with National Stock Number (NSN) reviews
  • Proficiency with the Web, MS Office, and Sharepoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop executive-level briefings, reports, and customer deliverables
  • Knowledge of AFI-23-101 and AFMCMAN 23-101 v4
