Job summary

CFS in Stow, OH is seeking a Supply Planner to drive inventory strategy across a multi-site distribution network. The role focuses on S&OP, forecast analysis, and supplier coordination to meet customer demand.

You will manage POs/DOs, analyze inventory performance, and work with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and capacity. Monday–Friday on-site, with a collaborative, analytical environment that values proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, production planning, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems for planning and replenishment activities.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the S&OP process to align inventory and supply plans with customer demand.
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders across multiple suppliers and locations.
• Analyze forecast trends, inventory performance, and supply risks to develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and production capacity requirements.
