• 3–5 years in production planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer products industry preferred.
• Strong PO and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage component inventory and finished goods purchasing across assigned product categories.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, production schedules, and inventory plans.
• Partner with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, production readiness, and capacity planning.
• Lead supply planning and forecasting discussions, including S&OP activities.
• Communicate launch forecasts, receipt plans, and supply chain updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute purchases through SAP MRP.
• Maintain planning data, including BOM and inventory records.
• Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional planning and execution.
• Analyze inventory trends, identify risks, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
• Drive initiatives to improve speed-to-market and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to resolve issues.
• Provide regular reporting on order status and key supply chain metrics.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time product delivery, maintain inventory health, and drive operational efficiency. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations roles.
• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong purchase order management and vendor management experience.
• Understanding of capacity planning, supply planning, and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
