Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Supply Planner to help drive inventory strategy across a multi-site distribution network in Stow, OH. The role supports S&OP, forecasting, and replenishment with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule.

You will manage supplier relationships, create POs/DOs, analyze forecast trends, and mitigate supply risks while collaborating to optimize inventory. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in planning or related fields are preferred; strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems for planning and replenishment activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and supply plans with customer demand.
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders across multiple suppliers and locations.
• Analyze forecast trends, inventory performance, and supply risks to develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and production capacity requirements.
