Job summary

CFS is seeking an Inventory Planner to join its Canton, OH operations on-site. You will own inventory accuracy across multiple sites, manage stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, Excel and ERP proficiency, and collaboration with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficient replenishment. This position operates Monday–Friday in a manufacturing setting with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems to track inventory and manage transactions.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support operational demands and ensure product availability.
• Generate, review, and manage inventory-related transactions, purchase orders, and stock transfers across locations.
• Evaluate inventory trends, stock variances, and supply concerns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, confirm lead times, and maintain accurate records.
