Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to own NetSuite as the backbone of our supply chain and logistics network. You will design NetSuite integrations with 3PLs and carriers, ensure data quality, and enable real-time visibility across inventory and shipments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to reduce integration debt and deliver scalable solutions, including new reverse logistics and visibility platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations with 3+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP design/configuration.
• Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external partners.
• Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments.
• Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning tech related to NetSuite workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Regular use of LLM assistants (Claude) for requirements analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-maturity initiative to improve NetSuite and Supply Chain master data for trusted reporting.

• Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Collaborate with Integration & Automation Engineering to reduce integration debt via reusable API-based services.

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Supply Chain Technology & ERP Engineering team and own NetSuite as the operational backbone of Oura's supply chain and logistics network. This role designs and delivers the system solutions connecting NetSuite to 3PL, carrier, and reverse-logistics partners, and drives the data foundation Supply Chain leaders rely on to plan and report with confidence.

What You Will Do

• Leads NetSuite-side design and delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding, hitting go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs.
• Drives the Supply Chain data maturity initiative, raising NetSuite and Supply Chain system master data quality to support trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting.
• Owns the integration of a new supply chain visibility platform, giving stakeholders real-time shipment and inventory visibility.
• Designs and implements the integration for a new global reverse logistics partner, enabling scalable international returns processing.
• Serves as the primary point of contact and NetSuite subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders, translating business requirements into system designs that scale.
• Partners with Integration & Automation Engineering to reduce point-to-point integration debt in favor of reusable, API-based services across the supply chain systems estate.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience, including 3+ years hands‑on designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (consulting or in-house).
• Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners.
• Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions — including OneWorld/multi‑subsidiary environments — that scale with the business rather than patch it.
• Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning technology as they relate to NetSuite workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical designs into terms non‑technical stakeholders can act on.
• Uses LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) daily as a working thought partner for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with sound judgment about when AI is and isn’t the right tool.

ŌURA takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 1: $143,000 - $169,000
• Region 2: $130,000 - $153,000
• Region 3: $117,000 - $138,000
