Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Anduril's Battlespace Awareness Supply Chain team is seeking a Supply Planner to join our small, fast-growing team in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will have material-flow responsibility across the value chain—from raw materials through finished goods for our radar and sensor product lines as they move from initial builds into sustained production. You will own demand and supply signaling for assigned product lines and be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and keeping supply healthy through our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/MRP) software, CRM (Salesforce), and associated tools. The right person is adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient to change—able to take holistic ownership of operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. If you are excited to make an outsized impact on a growing supply chain team building mission-critical hardware, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory across multiple release-to-production product lines.
  • Develop and manage the material/production plan, working with Purchasing to ensure component availability and align build schedules to supply.
  • Provide visibility on part shortages to Purchasing and Production (clear-to-build), and resolve supply issues cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
  • Partner with Growth teams to translate the opportunity pipeline entered in Salesforce into demand forecasts—assessing likelihood and shaping supply plans accordingly.
  • Export, analyze, and report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
  • Provide forecasts to the broader Supply Chain team for components required for production.
  • Develop and maintain processes and master data within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Manage consumables inventory to keep production stocked.
  • Coordinate closely with HQ Supply Chain, adopting best practices in demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science) or business field (supply chain, finance, economics, business administration).
  • 1-2 years of supply chain, planning, or production experience (2-5 years total professional experience) in a fast-paced environment involving complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Experience working with data from CRM systems, especially Salesforce — exporting data, building views, and translating pipeline into demand signals.
  • History of purchasing / procurement process and supplier management, including using minimum order quantities (MOQs) to secure price breaks.
  • Experience supporting procurement of custom parts and components.
  • Comfort reading basic technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing/production processes.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient to change, with a bias toward speed and accuracy and strong cross-functional communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project management or cross-functional program experience, ideally supporting immature or fast-changing product lines.
  • Experience contributing to cost initiatives (e.g., price breaks, cost-reduction efforts).
  • Proficiency with data analysis/reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and/or supply chain planning systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
  • Change management and supply-risk management experience
