Job summary

Anduril Industries in Torrance, CA is seeking a Hardware Program Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of team hardware—from procurement to deployment—and to stage, ship, and track hardware for test events.

You will manage supplier relationships, read schematics, and work with ERP/PLM systems, reporting progress across multiple teams. Travel up to 25% may be required. U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of industry experience in test engineering, hardware integration, manufacturing/production engineering, or hardware operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing physical hardware inventory, including asset tracking and configuration control.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.

  • Collaborate to identify system behaviors and drive product and process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the full lifecycle of team hardware: procurement, receiving, inventory, configuration, asset tracking, project allocation, and deployment
  • Stage, ship, and track hardware supporting test events and field deployments
  • Drive issues, questions, and action items to closure across engineering, program, and supplier stakeholders
  • Manage supplier relationships and transactions, including quotes, purchase orders, returns, repairs, and RMAs
  • Collaborate with the team to identify system behaviors and drive product and process improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of industry experience in test engineering, hardware integration, manufacturing/production engineering, or hardware operations
  • Hands‑on experience managing physical hardware inventory, including asset tracking and configuration control
  • Working fluency with an ERP, PLM, or asset-management system, and an issue tracker such as Jira
  • Ability to read and work from schematics, cable drawings, and bills of materials
  • A passion for hands‑on work with complex electro‑mechanical systems
  • Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support hardware management and deployment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Direct experience with hardware management and operational deployment
  • Experience with domestic and international hardware shipping, including export compliance and ITAR/EAR controls
  • Familiarity with network, compute, and communications hardware components
  • Hands‑on experience with complex robotic systems
  • Scripting or SQL for inventory reporting and automation

US Salary Range

$112,000 - $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
