About the Role
Amagi is seeking a motivated and strategic Manager or Senior Manager to join our Ads Plus Supply team, focused on growing and optimizing our media advertising supply ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing scalable practices, forging strong publisher and platform partnerships, and driving long-term value through efficient and effective advertising media supply management. This position is ideal for someone with experience and understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and supply-side relationships, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and manage strong partnerships with key media supply partners (e.g., publishers and content distributors) to expand and strengthen the Ads Plus supply footprint.
- Design and implement supply growth strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms and contracts with supply partners to drive favorable outcomes on quality, scale, and cost.
- Monitor supply quality, fill rates, CPMs, and delivery performance across partners.
- Lead strategic business reviews and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Ad Ops, Sales, and Business Development to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, or inconsistencies in performance data and supply operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of advertising trends, CTV monetization models, and media supply best practices.
- Create high-impact presentations and reports for executive-level audiences to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and brand safety standards across all supply activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on supply management, publisher partnerships, or media procurement.
- Direct experience managing external partners or publishers in a programmatic or media supply context.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling commercial agreements.
- Exceptional analytical skills – comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and deriving insights from performance metrics.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel (PivotTables, charts), Google Sheets, and presentation platforms (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ad tech platforms (SSPs, DSPs), CTV ecosystems, and media monetization strategies.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Strong ethical foundation and commitment to compliance and transparency.
