Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply practices, inventory control, and procurement procedures.
• Ability to train staff and supervise others; strong written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with computers and basic accounting/bookkeeping concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse, Supply and Housekeeping operations, including staffing and daily logs.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and process purchases per agency guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with requisitions, and maintain budget controls.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.
• Provide leadership and staff training to optimize performance.
