Job description

Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Supply Management Planner II for their Multiple Locations location.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform the duties of a Supply Management Planner II, managing the day-to-day performance and relationships of suppliers for assigned commodities to support factory operations. Collaborate with the Supply Base to drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
2. Execute planning activities within a low-complexity supply chain, within a defined framework/system affecting own organization/unit.
3. Maintain daily contact with critical suppliers, respond to complex incidents, analyze performance, and provide feedback on supplier management indicators.
4. Collect and analyze information on key cost drivers, market dynamics, issues, innovation areas, and alternative suppliers to support decision-making by senior colleagues.
5. Review existing operations and support the generation of new ideas for continuous improvement.
6. Gather and report on contract performance data to assist in negotiations and renegotiations.
7. Manage site or factory inventory, following procedures when discrepancies or issues arise.
8. Support stakeholder engagement through organizing actions, meetings, and events.
9. Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessments, training, coaching, and staying informed on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
