Job summary

Blessing Health in Quincy, IL seeks a non-exempt hourly position supporting material acquisition and distribution. Responsibilities include processing stock requisitions, replenishing par levels, issuing patient use equipment, and reconciling charges.

The role also serves as the internal messenger for the 11th Street campus, handling mail delivery and adhering to ICARE standards and Blessing policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft and other computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License Class D Illinois (or equivalent) Driver's License
• Clerical experience

Responsibilities

• Process in-stock requisitioning through stock distribution.
• Check and replenish par level supply carts and other inventory lists.
• Issue and track patient use equipment.
• Reconcile patient charge items.
• Internal messenger duties including mail pickup, sorting and delivery on the 11th street campus.
