Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking a staff member to assist in material acquisition and distribution, manage in-stock requisitioning and stock distribution, and replenish par level supplies. The role also involves issuing and tracking patient use equipment and reconciling charges, plus serving as the internal mail messenger for the 11th street campus in alignment with corporate mission and policies.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft application skills, and

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft and other computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PREFERRED: Valid Driver's License Class D Illinois (or equivalent) Driver's License.
• Clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material acquisition through distribution and inventory.
• Process in-stock requisitioning and replenish par level supply carts.
• Issue and track patient use equipment and reconcile charges.
• Serve as internal messenger for the 11th street campus; pick up, sort and deliver mail.

Skills
