Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a warehouse team member to manage inventory, material flow, and cycle counts while preparing customer shipments and loading/unloading trailers. You will verify quantities, handle GRI inspections, and report non-conformities to source.

The role requires lifting and moving materials and ensuring stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a structured shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED with relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing sector.
  • Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and material flow, conduct cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Update system transactions and stock locations; stock production areas and prepare customer shipments.
  • Load/unload trailers and ensure accurate quantity and packaging checks.
  • Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and report non-conformities to source.
  • Maintain stock arrangement, receive/deliver raw material, WIP and finished goods; ensure accuracy.
  • Execute production work per ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

Skills

About the job

As a member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing inventory and material flow, conducting cycle counts, investigating stock discrepancies, ensuring quality standards, updating system transactions, stocking production areas, preparing customer shipments, and loading/unloading trailers.

Picking and packing materials for both external and internal customers.

  • Material/Finish goods/Goods picking work from WH according to production order.

  • Loading and unloading of goods, quantity and package check.

  • Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source.

  • Inventory control and reporting, Cycle counting.

  • Keep stock in good arrangement, receiving and deliver the raw material, WIP, FG, make sure the stock is correct.

  • Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.

What you know

You havehigh school degreeor GED with relevant experience, and:

  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing

  • Intermediate Computer Skills.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
  • Physical Requirements (lifting, climbing, standing, equipment use):

  • Be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

  • Shall be able read Safety Data Sheets for the Aerosols, coolants etc.

  • Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure)

Shift
