Position Summary

This position ensures uninterrupted production by developing material plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, identifying and resolving material shortages, and adjusting planning parameters such as safety stock, lead times, and replenishment policies. This individual will collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to address supply constraints, support capacity and S&OP discussions, and drive overall operational efficiency and on-time delivery performance.

Location: Dayton, MN facility.

Key Responsibilities
