The Supply Coordinator will work with the Regional Supply Manager to ensure efficient inventory management, shipping/receiving, and timely delivery of customer orders. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Prior warehouse/shipping/receiving experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills and data entry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
• Prepare, stage, and verify customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Process shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, labels).
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety compliance.
• Deliver orders to job sites or customer locations as needed.
• Support inventory management and quality control initiatives.

AllTerra Central is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to support our warehouse and supply operations. The Supply Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Supply Manager to ensure efficient inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and timely delivery of customer orders.

Position Summary

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, quality assurance, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities, and customer deliveries as needed. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring warehouse organization, and providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
• Prepare, stage, and verify customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe operating conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Deliver customer orders to job sites and customer locations as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and quality control initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and inventory issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the Supply Department.

Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred

• Associate degree.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
• Delivery driving and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with local and surrounding cities and routes.
